Listed Prices are for single use licenses. For detailed information on the terms of the licensing agreement please click here.
Commercial Applications require a multi-use commercial license. The fee is typically double the listed prices above for Real Estate, or $50 per photo for other types of Photography.
All fees listed are for Cash, Check or other electronic payment transfers that do not involve processing Fees. Credit card payments will incur a surcharge of 4%, or the state, federal or local maximum, whichever is lower.
Twilight Photos, Drone Photos, 3D Tours and Video Pricing is in conjunction with an Interior and Exterior Photo Package. Standalone service requests will be priced per custom job request. Please reach out for additional details.
Prices listed for Additional Services are only in conjunction with a paid Interior & Exterior Package. Additional Services may be scheduled without an Interior & Exterior Package, but prices are adjusted as necessary.

The Service Area includes the Antelope Valley and Santa Clarita Valley. Outside of that radius additional travel charges apply, and appointment scheduling may be less flexible in order to accommodate nearby listings.
Rush Appointments may be accommodated at an additional charge.

Excessive Rescheduling may incur additional charges.
​
Photoshop work may be accommodated as long as the request does not appear to misrepresent the listing, at a charge of $10 per photo. This can include, but is not limited to, Listing Sign removal, trash can removal, sky replacements, etc.
LICENSING
Photos are licensed for single use, and are limited to promoting the listing only. The photos CAN be used for marketing the listing in the MLS, syndication sites, flyers, mailers, post cards, social media and online websites. The photos CANNOT be sold or transferred for any reason, including another Listing Agent, Property Staging Companies, Architects, Construction Companies, or any other Entity without expressed written permission from Estate Media Services. Additional License fees may apply.

Agents may use the Listing Photos in Listing Presentations to help land additional Listings, as long as Estate Media Services is contracted for those Listings. In addition, Agents may use the Listing Photos to promote themselves on their website or on social media as long as credit is giving. Any other uses please contact us directly for permission.

Headshots, Wedding Photos, Events, and Family Portraits are licensed for personal use; which includes printing for personal use, sharing on social media or websites to promote the associated event (for example using engagement photos for a wedding registry). Photos cannot be sold or used by other entities, such as Magazines, Bridal Shops, Wedding Planning, Catering, DJ, or other Service Companies without permission from Estate Media Services, and additional licensing fees. Please make sure to tag the photographer when sharing on social media. The less paid advertising we have to do, the cheaper we can keep our prices.
